Company Background
We have provided service throughout Rhode Island since the company’s founding in the 1950s. Hutchins’ current owner, David Lindsay, purchased the business from the previous owner Jim Hutchins in 2008. Since then the company has expanded in step with the unprecedented growth of the State’s real estate market.
As a family-owned company, we believe in giving back to the community. Among the organizations we support are the North Kingstown Food Bank, Cloths to Kids RI, and Hope for Justice.
